Disconnect Facebook or Instagram
- Sign in to Groundly.
- Open Your Channels or the Connectors panel.
- Expand Facebook or Instagram and select Disconnect.
Disconnecting stops Groundly from making new requests through that connection and requests authorization revocation where Meta supports it. Insights or content already stored in your Groundly workspace are not deleted by disconnecting alone.
Delete all associated Groundly data
- Sign in and open Settings → Data & Privacy.
- Choose Delete Account and complete the confirmation steps.
Account deletion removes your Groundly identity and owned workspace data, including social connection records and data imported from connected Facebook and Instagram accounts. Limited pseudonymous billing, trial-entitlement, security, or audit records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you cannot access your account
Email support@groundly.ai from the address associated with your Groundly account. Tell us that you want your account and associated Facebook or Instagram data deleted. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
Meta account settings
You can also remove Groundly from your Facebook or Instagram business integrations. Removing access at Meta stops future authorization, but it does not by itself delete data already stored in Groundly. Use the Groundly account-deletion steps above for a complete deletion request.
